Welcome to Emuinbox. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using Emuinbox, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Emuinbox provides a cloud-based public mailbox management platform with multi-user access support for corporate email services (e.g., Gmail, Office365). Features include:

  • Email viewing and replying
  • Sender management
  • Signature customization
  • Temporary email caching
  • Email-based task management (coming soon)

3. User Accounts

  • Each user must have a unique login.
  • Users must be at least 16 years old to register and use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Access or modify another user’s data without authorization.
  • Disrupt or overload the system.
  • Use the service for any activities that violate international laws or the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from such activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, software, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Emuinbox or its licensors.

6. Subscription and Pricing

Service fees are based on:

  • Number of login users
  • Number of public mailboxes
  • Number of manageable senders
  • Signature customization rights
  • Task quota
  • Storage space

We reserve the right to update pricing upon prior notice.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Emuinbox does not store the contents of your emails. To improve processing efficiency, we temporarily cache your email list and content, which is automatically deleted after a short time. This does not affect the original emails on your email server.
  • We do not sell or transfer any user information to unrelated third parties, except when required by the laws and regulations of the hosting country.
  • If these Terms conflict with the policies of your country or organization, you should discontinue using the service or contact us to discuss a better solution.

8. Availability and Updates

  • We aim for high service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may release updates or discontinue features at any time.
  • The system will undergo periodic maintenance and upgrades, which may temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • Upon your request
  • If required by law

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emuinbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian NSW courts.
